Lettuce leaves combined with earth licorice
In addition to drinking directly, lettuce leaves can also be combined with other herbs to get better effects in the treatment of sore throat. Use about 50 g of lettuce leaves and 20 g of ground licorice leaves, washed and then put in a sharp pot with water to drink daily.
If you do it regularly for 2-3 days, you will see that your throat is less painful, and the symptoms of sore throat will also gradually disappear.
Colorful lettuce leaves with rice water
Rice water contains many B vitamins and minerals that are beneficial to health. These substances play an important role in biochemical reactions in the body, helping to supplement nutrients and increase immunity. Combining fish lettuce with rice water is very effective in treating sore throats. Usage is as follows:
Prepare 200 g of lettuce leaves, wash them, wait for the water to drain, then pound or puree. Boil about 300 ml of water to wash the rice, then put the lettuce in and bring to a boil, then turn off the heat.
During the cooking process, stir well to combine the ingredients. Finally remove the residue, extract the juice to drink.
